Tequila Soda is a glorious drink. Elegent, refreshing, and so simple you can order with confidence from the dingiest of dive bars. 

The only thing which is absolutely essential, is a high quality additive free Tequila. There's nowhere to hide in a Tequila Soda, and a dodgy tasting note will be magnified by the dilution. 

Desdeya is magnified, and she's even better close up.

50ml Desdeya Uno

150ml Soda Water (Ideally Topo Chico)

Lime slice

Fill a tall straight glass with ice. Pour in Desdeya and stir until cold. Top up ice and pour in Soda. Garnish with lime slice. Stir. Drink. Repeat.
