Desdeya Sour

An international sour sensation. Uniting Mexico and the Mediterranean through tequila, olive oil, thyme and honey. A crowd pleaser and a blower off of socks.

 

50ml Desdeya Uno

25ml Lemon Juice

15ml Honey

15ml Egg White (half of 1 egg)

5ml Olive Oil

Pinch of Salt

Fresh thyme leaves

 

Add the first 3 ingredients and salt to a dry shaker and stir until the honey has completely dissolved. Add the egg white, olive oil, and ice and shake hard for 15 seconds. Pour into a stemmed glass and sprinkle with a couple of thyme leaves.
