60ml Desdeya Uno

10ml White / Bianco vermouth

2 Dash Orange Bitters

Olive garnish

Put a stemmed glass in the freezer to chill. Fill a mixing glass or small jug with ice and add the liquid ingredients. Stir for 20-30 seconds, tasting regularly - you're looking for the point where the acohol no longer bites. Pour into your chilled glass and add a green olive.
