Spicy Marg

Over the last 5 years the Spicy Marg has become the trendiest drink on the planet. They're just SO HOT RIGHT NOW.

 

50ml Desdeya Uno

25ml Fresh Lime Juice

10ml Agave Syrup (or Hot Honey for extra kick)

1 Jalapeño (or other Green Chili)

 

Add the first 3 ingredients to a dry cocktail shaker and stir until the agave has completely dissolved. Slice the Jalapeño in half and de-seed (or seeds-in if you've got the cojones). Add half to the shaker and gently muddle (crush). Add ice and shake hard. Remove the crushed chili. Garnish with the remaining half. 

 

Take a sip. What is that? It's sweet. It's sour. It's spicy. It's ....gone. 

 

Repeat.
