Like it's namesake, our Paloma - or "Dove" - is simple and elegant. A gesture of peace, a statement of ease. The grapefruit soda can be quickly made at home by mixing fresh grapefruit juice, agave syrup and fizzy water, or grab yourself some high quality grapefruit soda (we like Two Keys).

50ml Desdeya Uno

50ml Fresh Grapefruit Juice

5ml Agave Syrup

Pinch of salt

Soda Water top

Grapefruit Slice

Rosemary Sprig

Add the first four ingredients to a highball and stir until the salt and agave have disolved. Top with ice and soda water and stir to combine. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit and a sprig of rosemary (optional).
