Elegant and fabulous, with a slug of attitude, the Mexican 75 has all the ingredients to loosen up your next soiree.
30ml Desdeya Uno
15ml Lemon Juice
10ml Honey
75ml Champagne or other Sparkling White
Stir the first three ingredients until the honey has completely dissolved. Stir or shake on ice. Add to a flute or coupe, and top with fizz.
